"I hired Rulaz Designs for soft staging for my 2800sq ft home in short notice ( 5 days before pictures for listing and less 10 days before the open house). Her and her staff were very positive and made me instantly feel confident that they will get the job done and that they can transform the home to sell (The house was not in great shape and the furniture was dark). On the picture day, they came over 5 hours before the photographer arrived. I was wowed and shocked by the transformation, I couldn't believe how amazing it looked! I wanted to buy all the pieces off of them to keep the house looking like this. They were prompt and clean and went above and beyond to complete the job prior to the photographer arriving. After pictures they were also prompt at de-staging and didn't cause any disruption. During the open house they arrived 4 hours prior and had it all transformed in the same professionalism. My agent and potential buyers all gave feedback on how incredible the house looked and the impeccable decoration (how soft and clean yet sophisticated it looked).
